Data Privacy Notice

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).

1. Information we collect

Names, LRNs, birthdates, addresses, contact information, academic records, photos, and other information required by the Department of Education for enrollment, instruction, and reporting.

2. How we use it

To process enrollment, deliver instruction, maintain academic records, report to DepEd, communicate with parents and students, and operate school activities and services.

3. Sharing

We share personal data only with the Department of Education, authorized government agencies, and parties required for delivering education services. We do not sell personal data.

4. Storage and security

Records are stored on secured cloud infrastructure with role-based access. Physical records are kept in restricted offices. Staff are trained on confidentiality.

5. Retention

Permanent records (Form 137, 138, Form 18) are kept indefinitely per DepEd policy. Other records are retained only as long as necessary.

6. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to rectify, to erase or block, to damages, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
